Bernard Dewamme has over 20 years of experience as a specialised mental coach, accompanying individuals, teams and organisations in their pursuit of progress and ambitions for sustainable top performance. He has contributed to the success of Olympic gold medalist teams and individuals (London 2012, Rio 2016), the Queen Elisabeth Competition (World Cup Classic Music) and accompanied the Belgian Indoor National Field Hockey Team (European Cup silver medal and World Cup 6th).
As an executive coach, he has worked with over 10,000 leaders across cultures, impacting and energising organisations, teams across the globe. He has also developed an expertise on cultural transformation for leaders.
Bernard works with the Mentally Fit Institute, a scientific multidisciplinary association which brings together scientists and specialists in energetic areas of human potential – doctors, nutritionists, psychologists and mental coaches to train what they call corporate athletes. He teaches in academic programs at INSEAD, ICHEC, VLERICK, STIMA and EMI.
