Overview

Leading With Safety: Train the Trainer delivered in person or online, is designed to build strength, internal responsibility, competency, and confidence and support the development of team leaders. This program is for nominated safety trainers who have already completed the Total Safety Leadership or Leading With Safety programs.
Objectives

Participants are developed via our Train the Trainer approach to deliver the Leading With Safety program in their local language. The program culminates in a live delivery of Leading With Safety, a formal assessment, and personal coaching.

Learning journey

Each Train the Trainer program is designed for up to 10 participants and offers an intensive learning journey of six half-day sessions. Participants will deep-dive into the program content and structure and hone their advanced communication skills and techniques for handling disengagement and building impact.

On graduation they will be ready to start delivering Leading With Safety immediately within your organisation. After six months, participants attend a coaching clinic to fine-tune their skills and resolve any delivery challenges.

Duration

3 days in person or 6 online sessions of 4 hours each.
