Overview

Objectives

In this workshop or keynote session, Dr Sharman presents an objective view of global safety excellence and encourages participants to reflect on the values and drivers for improved safety culture, enabling them to inspire, engage and empower the entire workforce to lead forward with safety. He focuses on helping leaders see and communicate safety in a more positive way, engaging people proactively, effectively and efficiently, rather than simply focusing on errors and unsafe workplace conditions.
