Kate Chauviré has spent more than two decades helping organisations create exceptional executive learning experiences. As Head of Institute Operations at the International Institute of Leadership & Safety Culture (IILSC), she works at the intersection of operations, client engagement and organisational development, ensuring the Institute’s programmes are delivered with excellence while supporting its continued growth.
Kate is passionate about bringing structure to complexity and believes that strong operations provide the foundation for meaningful learning experiences and lasting partnerships. She enjoys creating clarity where complexity exists, bringing people together around shared goals and ensuring ideas are translated into action.
Having built her career at CEDEP, Kate has developed a deep understanding of executive education and the operational foundations that enable organisations and people to thrive. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of operational and leadership roles spanning program management, academic planning and organisational development. She has led cross-functional initiatives, supported organisational transformation and contributed to the continuous improvement of systems and processes with a practical, collaborative and people-centred approach.
Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate and Institutional Communication from the University of Évry and has completed professional development in coaching, marketing and managerial excellence.
