CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND INTERCULTURAL LEADERSHIP
Kimberly Blanchard is a global cross-cultural diversity expert, speaker, trainer and executive coach. For 20 years, she has facilitated cultural diversity and global leadership development programmes in more than 40 countries. She also speaks frequently on topics such as leading global teams and multinational teambuilding and is a regular contributor to professional magazines such as Training Magazine in the USA where she writes about working in a multicultural world.
Kimberly has a master’s degree in Intercultural Relations with a specialisation in Training and Consulting and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a Certified Professional Coach. She is also a Synchronous Learning Expert and has a certification from InSync Training to design, produce and facilitate best-in-class online learning.
Kimberly is a native English speaker and is fluent in German. She recently relocated to Los Angeles, California.
