Mui Hwa NG is an independent and experienced inclusive leadership and organisational development consultant since 2000. She has designed and delivered leadership development programs in both English and Putonghua (Mandarin) for global organisations across many industries including banking, chemical, oil and gas, mining, retail, wind farms, pharmaceutical, medical and trading conglomerates as well as local SMEs in Singapore.
She was also instrumental in designing and delivering the pioneering national programs for inclusion for Singapore through TAFEP (Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices). Her vast experience includes executive coaching, intercultural competency, high potential talent development, transformational leadership, diversity and inclusion and managing diverse global teams – all underpinned by certifications in many key assessment tools.
Mui Hwa is also a keynote speaker on many public webinars and forums representing several of the consulting firms she works with.
She is a graduate of Sociology and English Language from National University of Singapore and is certified on numerous leadership and culture tools and assessments. She embarked on her current career in leadership and organisational development after 15 years in the advertising industry under the WPP umbrella as a client management regional lead.
