Sandrine Oeuvrard is a consultant, coach and facilitator, and the founder of Archipel Connect, a coaching company supporting individuals, teams and organisations in their cultural transformations.

After 18 years of operational, marketing and HR executive experience at Nissan, Chanel, Decléor-Carita and L’Oréal, Sandrine assists companies with their major transformation projects by facilitating collaboration within teams, creating coherence and engaging employees around a common project.

Sandrine is passionate about human relations, managerial behaviours and group dynamics, and their impact on employees and collective performance. Sandrine is an ICF Executive Coach and has an MBA from De Montfort University in the UK.

At CEDEP, Sandrine is a facilitator on topics related to collaboration, cultural transformation and change management and is a program director for company specific programs.
