Sébastien Olléon is a partner at consulting firm Cabinet Grand Angle and an investor in several companies. He works with CEOs and management teams operating in a wide range of industries including agriculture, logistics, IT, public administration, asset management, banking, retail distribution and telecoms.
Sébastien’s focus is on organisational analysis and change management, with a passion for passing on practical knowledge in an academic and playful way. François Dupuy, sociologist of organisations, significantly enriched his approach to collective efficiency in large organisations after working closely with him. Since then, he has developed training courses focused on fast learning and masterclasses to popularise the fundamentals of strategic organisation analysis.
