Sébastien Roche is a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in oil and gas operations and automotive manufacturing. He worked at Schlumberger for 15 years and was business development and product manager responsible for the digital transformation of the Reservoir Performance Group.
He is currently co-founder, CEO and CTO of jll Spear which provides engineering and innovation solutions for industry. He is also president of optim.aize which specialises in AI & ML applications for the modern management of production sites and tools, and is also director of ASE-SEREM (Aquitaine Service Electrique) specialising in the maintenance of commercial and industrial machinery.
His key areas of expertise are international product management, technology strategy and monetisation, digital transformation, operations management, sales strategy and management, and business development. He is a 6 Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt Trainer.
Sébastien attended the Arts et Métiers ParisTech – École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers and qualified as an ENSAM Engineer / ITII de Bordeaux Engineer by Apprenticeship, Industrial Engineer – Specialisation in Production & Maintenance.
