Simone-Eva Redrupp is a renowned cultural and intercultural diversity consultant, facilitator and coach who shares her expertise with multiple global organisations and international business schools all around the world. Her passion is to help others bridge cultural gaps and she works with organisations to redefine their inclusive, global company cultures. She also coaches virtual teams on how to lead inclusively and intentionally build trust for today’s remote collaboration.
Simone-Eva contributes to research on topics such as inclusive leadership, creating inclusive and sustainable team cultures and driving equity. She has a BA from Rice University, coursework from the Albert Ludwig’s University, and an MBA/MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Simone-Eva is tri-cultural and lives just outside Paris and in the French Alps. She researches worldwide in English, French and German.
