A decade of impact

Ten Years. One Mission.

The upcoming edition of EHS Congress will mark its 10th anniversary. Convened by the International Institute of Leadership & Safety Culture (IILSC), EHS Congress has become an essential event in the calendar for leaders around the world.

Our aim, though, is not only to celebrate the journey so far. The Institute is designing a program for 2027 that helps prepare us for the next decade. It is for an event that is part of the Institute’s wider, year-round offering for leaders, which also includes executive training programs, exclusive insights, strategic advice and IILSC Fellowship.

We are growing a global community and Congress is our flagship gathering. Together, we will explore how organisations can build safer, more caring and more resilient workplaces in an increasingly complex world.

We look forward to seeing you in Berlin.
