Safety culture doesn’t build itself – it’s created by leaders. Leadership Through Health and Safety Culture (LHSC) is a transformational leadership program that equips managers and senior executives to make health, safety and wellbeing central to how they lead.

Running for more than 15 years and co-created by CEDEP with world-leading companies L’Oréal and Sanofi, LHSC combines cutting-edge research with practical tools and peer learning. Participants leave with a new leadership mindset, concrete strategies and an actionable plan they can implement immediately.

The program unfolds as a blended learning journey: digital onboarding, 4.5 immersive in- person days with world-class faculty, and structured follow-up to ensure lasting impact.
